Tim is EAPN Ireland’s Policy and Communications Officer. He is responsible for policy development, input and analysis and works with members to influence anti-poverty policy at national and EU levels. He is also responsible for our communications work, including media engagement, digital and social media. Tim has over 10 years’ experience in the civil society/NGO sector, working on campaigns, public affairs, advocacy, communications, policy and research. He has a Postgraduate Diploma in Social Research Skills, an LLM in International Human Rights Law, a BA (Honours) in English, Media and Cultural Studies, and an Honours Diploma in Legal Studies.
